Called and asked if the operator spoke English. Was told "yes I can, but when you call a German number you should speak German." When I told them I couldn't speak German, I had the phone hung up on me. I have travelled through Germany with my German partner and I love this country, it's a shame to have the experience tainted by the small number of people like this.
